Terms of Use

In short:

  • Evenlist is licensed to you under Apple’s standard license for App Store apps, plus these terms.
  • Try it free for 7 days, then unlock it with one purchase. No subscription, no automatic charge.
  • Evenlist changes your real reminders when you ask it to. Please review your choices.

1. The agreement

Evenlist is made by an independent developer (“we”). You get Evenlist from the App Store, and your use of it is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”). These Terms add a few points that are specific to Evenlist. If they conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA wins. By using Evenlist you agree to both.

2. What Evenlist does

Evenlist shows your overdue Apple Reminders one at a time and saves the choice you make back to Apple Reminders:

  • Done marks the reminder complete.
  • Move gives it a new due date.
  • Let it pass marks it complete even though you did not do it. It is not deleted.
  • Skip for now changes nothing.

Evenlist needs your permission to access Reminders and works only with Apple Reminders on iPhone.

3. Your reminders are your responsibility

The changes you choose are real changes to your reminders, and they sync wherever your reminders sync. Recent activity lets you undo a change for up to 7 days, but undo can fail, for example if the reminder was edited or deleted elsewhere. Evenlist is a tool to help you decide. It is not a guarantee that nothing important is missed, so please do not rely on it alone for anything critical, such as medical, legal or financial deadlines.

4. Free trial and purchase

  • You can use every feature free for 7 days. The trial starts when you start it in the app and is recorded by the App Store as a free in-app purchase.
  • After the trial, starting new reviews requires the one-time purchase “Evenlist Full Access” at the price shown in the App Store. Your stats, recent activity and undo stay available without it.
  • There is no subscription. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
  • Payments, refunds and restoring purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. To ask for a refund, use Apple’s “Report a Problem” page.

5. Fair use

Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute Evenlist except where the law allows it. Evenlist, its name, icon and design belong to us.

6. Privacy

Evenlist does not collect data about you. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering Evenlist or any feature. If we change these Terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Using Evenlist after a change means you accept the new Terms.

8. No warranty

Evenlist is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed tasks, deadlines or lost data resulting from changes to your reminders. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Evenlist. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
